Victims Services provides information, referrals and programs to victims of crime in NSW. We are a part of the Department of Communities and Justice.

Victims Support Scheme

If you've been injured due to a violent crime or modern slavery in NSW, you can access support to help your recovery. Family members of a homicide victim can also get assistance through the scheme.

Restitution by offenders

When a victim gets financial support, we can recover money from the convicted person.
