Courtwise - a new website supporting victims has been launched by the NSW Attorney General, the Hon John Hatzistergos on 2 October 2007. Courtwise has been developed to give victims who may also be witnesses and their support workers a range of information using the theme of a pathway. This includes a tour of a typical courtroom, information relevant to when a person first becomes a victim, the investigation process and what happens before, during and after court.
Victims Protocol (PDF 1750Kb) - Conducting a forensic procedure in relation to a victim of a personal violence offence.
